Most homes require only minor repairs, but if major repairs are needed or renovation work performed, we are a fully licensed and insured Construction company with 25 years experience that can handle it all.

Typical minor repairs are drywall (patching nail holes), wallpaper removal and replacing old caulk around wet areas: sinks, tubs, showers and windows. Other common work may include removing and replacing lighting, ceiling fans, blinds, plumbing fixtures, carpeting, water heaters and A/C units.

Pricing for repairs or additional work chosen by Client is determined by the extent and degree of the repair/additional work inclusive of parts, materials and labor.

Pricing for painting is based on square footage and the number of doors and closets. Standard paint pricing includes SW7007 ‘Ceiling Bright White’, one wall color selection and one trim color selection.
