• Establish Proof of Agency (the legal ability to make decisions)

Schedule meeting at Residence.

Step 2

Initial Meeting at Residence.

Perform 10-Point Home Evaluation.

Review and Determine Services:

1. Home Sales Preparation

   • Content Removal

   • Cleaning Services

   • Paint and Reapirs

   • Home Staging

   • Landscaping

2. Home Watch Services

3. Real Estate Listing

Discuss Referral Network of Support Services. Beacon Estate Services will provide referrals as requested by Client.

Review and sign documents

Secure Deposits

Step 3

Client removes or has removed all personal items from Residence before Beacon Estate Services performs contracted work.

Beacon Estate Services performs contracted Sales Preparation work for Client.

Beacon Estate Services provides Home Watch Services through terms set forth in Home Watch Agreement.

Beacon Estate Services provides Real Estate Listing Services through terms set forth in the Listing Documents.
